ANC packaging has a staff compliment of 25 excluding the 3 directors / shareholders. All of our staff come from a previously disadvantaged background, meaning we are BEE.
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
Production is managed by 2 very experienced people namely,
Clive Appalsamy who has 25yrs experience within the corrugated industry and whom is now the Production Director and shareholder.
Nigel Jenkins who is a qualified fitter and turner with over 32yrs experience in the corrugated industry is also a Technical Director and a shareholder and assumed responsibility for the maintenance of the factory and equipment
We are in the employ of Leon James who has 25 yrs experience in the corrugated industry and manages the day to day operations of the factory.
Anand Pillay, a director and shareholder who has 25 yrs experience in the corrugated industry handles all procurement for the company. He is also very involved for the marketing and promotions of the company’s products and services.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We employ a total management system where everybody is responsible for quality management.
We purchase board from ISO 9002 approved suppliers so as to ensure consistent quality of our products. This also gives us recourse if there is an issue
We will be seeking ISO accreditation in the future.
DECISION MAKING
All decision making is shared by the 3 directors.

- Monday – Thursday: 7am to 4pm
- Friday: 7am – 2pm
- Closed on the weekends
